Rickie Jacobs “Cartel”

Baltimore's Rickie Jacobs is moving up in the ranks of MCs in the DMV who are worth checking for. Today, he breaks out the new single "Cartel" which finds the young spitta going hard over a 183 track. This song resides on Jacobs' forthcoming project Remember to Smile, which is due out in February.
