20 of the Best Bankroll Fresh Songs

Bankroll Fresh was enjoying a burgeoning career. As one of the hottest rappers in Atlanta, Fresh was set for success after dropping three well-received tapes in less than two years. His Street Execs team was providing the perfect push. Everything was working.

And then last night (March 4) it was reported that Bankroll Fresh had been shot outside Street Execs studio in Atlanta. He was brought to the hospital and pronounced dead. Police reportedly recovered 50 shell casings at the scene of the shooting.

Bankroll's music was raw, diverse, and passionate. It's sad to see anyone snatched from us so suddenly, especially someone so dedicated to making great music. 2014's Life of a Hot Boy was what made him hot in the industry, but he'd been rapping for years before that as Yung Fresh alongside artists like Gucci Mane and OJ Da Juiceman. Songs like "Hot Boy" and "ESPN" began catching fire, along with "Show Him How To Do It" featuring Rich Homie Quan.

He followed that tape up with Life of a Hot Boy 2: Real Trapper, which birthed some of his biggest songs to date. "Walked In" is the notable hit from that tape, featuring Travis Porter and Street Money Boochie. "Real Trapper" is another huge record for Bankroll, while "Trap" also gathered some steam.

Bankroll's last tape was his self-titled release in Nov. of 2015. "Take Over Your Trap" is probably the biggest record from that tape so far, though "Poppin Shit" and "Fuck Is You Saying" have potential to pop.

All that is to say Bankroll Fresh has some excellent records under his belt, and has was taken away from us way too quickly.
