Tunji Ige's ascent continues with the visually captivating video for "For Us," a cut from The Love Project album. Following up on the stunning videos for "The Love Project (Ooh Ooh)" and "Slow Dance," "For Us" shows surprising and impressive consistency from the 19-year-old college student. "'For Us' I feel is a critique on the social climate as well as what someone like me has to battle through, being myself, especially where I'm at," Ige told Noisey. "I'm an up-and-coming artist but still a young black man who could be a victim to the system. 'For Us' is the conscience to balance this transition: Do you let it go to your head or do you keep pushing?" "For Us" is violent, cinematic and shows society's unfortunate obsession with material items and the lengths people will go to acquire them.

After being featured in "The Break" in October, the West Chester University student's career started to take off. His 13-track debut, The Love Project, doesn't stick to the script of traditional hip-hop albums. Ige showed off a depth and ear for other genres that is not often found in a rapper so young, or on an MC's first album. After dropping The Love Project, Ige told Complex he wanted the project to be "the hardest of the year." While that is up for debate, there's no denying Ige's potential moving forward.
