Watch Young Chris’ New Video For “I’m Alive”

Young Chris was once one of Philadelphia’s most promising MCs as a member of the Roc-A-Fella subsidiary State Property. Now, the rapper is trying to regain his flame with the release of his upcoming project Vital Signs. Today, he gives us the visual for the aptly titled single “I’m Alive.” In the video, Chris takes us on a ride through the City of Brotherly Love. Vital Signs drops, November 19.

dude used to be one of my favorite rappers when he was on his State Property Rocafella tip. Haven’t listened to him at all since them days along with some other artist from his generation. I guess I’d rather remember rappers I grew up on like Chris as they were instead of what they become which usually is just another one of the guys…

“north of death”…solo track on Young Gunz album, that’s when my dude had mad bars and was hungry as hell. Video and song was decent but it is what it is, he should be on Roc Nation or something…Jay Z was always fond of him. I remember when peeps was saying Hov stole Chris flow on BP2 back in the day but like Chris always has said himself on the subject is that “steel sharpens steel” and I can respect that.
