Former TVT executive and current CEO of Polo Grounds Music, Bryan Leach, was arrested on Wednesday (October 13) and charged with criminal possession of a weapon and reckless driving.

According to the Associated Press, Leach was pulled over at West 72nd Street and Riverside Drive on Manhattan’s Upper West Side when police saw him driving erratically. Once they stopped him they spotted a gun in the center console of the fronts seat. The weapon, .380 Kel-Tek handgun, was reportedly loaded with six hollow point bullets.

Leach already has two weapons busts on his rap sheet, including a conviction for possessing brass knuckles and a conviction for possession of a loaded gun.

The 41-year-old Harlem-native is best known for his role in helping to build the careers of Lil Jon, the Ying Yang Twins. In 2006 he founded his own record label, Polo Grounds Music, which is currently part of J Records and home to such artists as Pitbull, Yo Gotti, Yung Joc and Hurricane Chris.
