Hip Hop is not a “black People’s” music. Hip Hop is a culture and genre of music all to itself. People who identify with Hip Hop culture may (not necessarily) use certian words, pronounce the words in a certain way, etc., but this is not a racial thing.

Black people who are not associated with Hip Hop do not wear do-rags with hats over them and say things like “fo shizzel”. That’s purely Hip Hop.
