Rich The Kid has a lawsuit on his hands.

The "Plug Walk" rapper is being sued for over $32,000 in unpaid rent on a mansion in Hollywood Hills, Calif., reports Bossip on Thursday (Feb. 14). According to the report, landlord Haikuhe Chichyan sued Rich in January for breach of contract after he reportedly stopped making rent payments. The monthly cost for home is $22,500. Last year, Rich reportedly signed a six-month lease on the home but hasn't coughed up rent since December 2018, according to the landlord's suit.

According to court documents obtained by the site, Rich owes $32,376, which includes a $2,500 late fee and $7,376 in utilities. It is not clear if Rich is still living in the home. It is also not clear if this is the same home Rich was staying in when he was the victim of a home invasion in June 2018.

In other Rich The Kid-related news, he was also recently targeted in a robbery outside of a West Hollywood studio last week. The culprit pulled a gun on Rich and some other men standing outside of the studio and attempted to rob the individuals. He is said to have pistol-whipped one of the rapper's security before fleeing to a white vehicle while shooting toward the crowd as he escaped.

Rich The Kid is currently prepping the release of his new album The World Is Yours 2.
