Princess Nokia has called out Ariana Grande over "7 Rings,” which is Grande's latest single. The New York City artist jumped onto Instagram today (Jan. 18) claiming that the pop singer bit her whole style on the pop ditty.

In her IG video, Nokia, whose real name is Destiny Nicole Frasqueri, alludes to Grande copying the flow from “Mine,” which is a track from Nokia's 2016 album 1992.

“Does that sound familiar to you? ’Cause that sound really familiar to me,” she tells her followers. “Ain’t that the lil song I made about Brown women and their hair? Hmmm... sounds about White.”

While Grande’s song sounds similar to Nokia's, the track could have actually been inspired by a lot of other things. The song samples "My Favorite Things" from the 1959 Rodgers and Hammerstein musical The Sound of Music. The hook for the song appears to interpolate 2 Chainz's 2011 tune "Spend It," and Soulja Boy fans have claimed that Grande’s flow was stolen from the rapper's 2010 hit “Pretty Boy Swag.”

Grande has yet to address all of the accusations that she is allegedly biting other rappers' flows and not giving proper credit.

Nokia is a fearless artist who made a lot of noise with with her 1992 album back in 2016. Songs like "Tomboy" made her an important voice with today's youthful rap generation. Last spring, she dropped A Girl Cried Red, which is an alternative rock album that showcased more of her stylistic versatility.
