Since Meek Mill's release from prison on Tuesday (April 24), hip-hop has been going hard showing support for the Philadelphia rapper. From a phone call with T.I. to a public statement from Jay-Z, Meek has been feeling the love and nowhere is it more evident than on social media.

On Instagram, Meek's return home was celebrated by the likes of Rick Ross, YFN Lucci, Young Thug, A$AP Ferg and more. "My dawg home!!! Time we re write history!!!! DcMmg," Rozay wrote on IG. "MY BOY MADE ME CHASE MY DREAM TOO HAPPY FOR U MY BOY WELCOME HOME @meekmill," YFN Lucci captioned his photo.

Over on Twitter, the Wins & Losses rapper received support from Lil Durk, Machine Gun Kelly, Lil Kim, Jae Millz, and more. "The real is back @MeekMill 🙏🏽🔥⚡️🚁😈 congrats to the 👑," MGK tweeted.

Following his release, Meek made sure to thank those who helped him while he was behind bars, including Roc Nation, Jay-Z and Philadelphia 76ers co-owner Michael Rubin. "While the past five months have been a nightmare, the prayers, visits, calls, letters and rallies have helped me stay positive," he wrote.

The rapper also celebrated his release on Tuesday by heading to the Wells Fargo Center in Philly to watch his hometown Philadelphia 76ers take on the Miami Heat in Game 5 of the NBA Playoffs. Meek took part in the pre-game festivities and got to watch the Sixers beat the Heat from courtside.
