On March 14, a Chicago judge gave The Game a week to explain why he shouldn't be held in contempt after failing to give his financial records to a woman who was awarded $7.1 million in a 2016 sexual battery case against him.

An attorney for the woman says The Game has yet to pay her a single cent and has not provided information about his income and assets. A hearing was scheduled for March 15 but was pushed back to April 5 to give the rapper's attorney's time to respond, the Chicago Tribune reports.

A federal jury in Chicago ordered The Game to pay the woman after she accused him of inappropriately touching her butt and genital area several times at a bar while she was a contestant on his 2015 VH1 dating game show, She's Got Game.

The attorney for the woman claims The Game is “concealing substantial amounts of income and assets,” according to his March 1 filing. The rapper, who did not appear in court for his November 2016 trial, has denied the accusations and said he would not pay. His appeal is still on hold.

In 2017, The Game filed a $20 million negligence lawsuit against VH1's parent company, Viacom. The lawsuit is currently pending in a California federal court.

In related news, The Game has recently found himself in feud with 6ix9ine. The beef began on March 16 when Game called the "Gummo" rapper a "fake-ass Blood" during a stop on his European tour.
