The owner of Eve's old pad is trying to cash out on the swank abode. The Mediterranean-style home in Hollywood Hills, Calif., is up for sale at an asking price of $1.995 million.

The recently-upgraded estate is no joke and has all the bells and whistles. According to the Los Angeles Times, "the 4,297-square-foot house features sliding glass doors and floor-to-ceiling windows that create bright living spaces. Tile lines the floor plan, which includes a living room with a high ceiling and a chef’s kitchen."

Public records show the former Ruff Ryders rapper sold the home in 2011 for $1.325 million. The listing for the home is currently held by Nima Tehrany of Keller Williams Realty.

Music-wise, Eve has been quiet for the past few years. Her most recent album, Lip Lock, dropped in 2013. She has been able to successfully transition into the acting world, with roles in over a dozen movies, including the Barbershop trilogy. She is currently the co-host of the CBS talk show The Talk, where she recently made headlines for criticizing Nicki Minaj's controversial Paper Magazine cover shoot.

That doesn't mean Eve has completely abandoned her rap ways. Earlier this year, she joined DMX, Swizz Beatz, Eve, Drag-On, Cassidy and The Lox for a Ruff Ryders 20th anniversary reunion show. She was also featured alongside Trina on Missy Elliott's "I'm Better (Remix)," back in May.
