Kodak Black's torrid run has continued through the end of summer. On Monday (Sept. 4), the Project Baby dropped his variation of the "10 Toes Down Challenge," with his version being called “10 Toes Down Challenge Conditioned." You can hear it below.

Laced with soft piano via producer BubbaGotBeatz, "10 Toes Down Challenge Conditioned" is a concentrated dose of what fans love about Lil Kodak. Using a staggered, vulnerable delivery, Kodak aims right for the jugular with emotional, stream-of-consciousness recollections from his past.

In one part of the track, he's spitting about his friend having just gotten out of rehab when he started using drugs once again. The rest of it finds the rapper recalling the disproportionate responsibilities he's had to carry throughout his life. Within a few bars, he goes from spitting about wanting to "be a G since elementary" to saying that as a "young nigga" growing up, he was the "father and the husband" in his household. All too real.

Kodak is now just a few weeks removed from dropping his latest project, Project Baby 2, a release filled with the same sorts of introspection and tight rapping you hear in “10ToesDown Challenge Conditioned." It sold 58,000 equivalent album units with close to zero promotion. This dude's definitely a star.

Check out Kodak's “10 Toes Down Challenge Conditioned” just below. When you're done with that, make sure you watch his new video for his track, "Black Cat," which dropped just last week.
