At long last, CyHi The Prynce's debut album is actually headed our way. The former G.O.O.D. Music signee revealed as much in a recent Instagram post, announcing both the completion of the album—titled, No Dope on Sunday—and the coming of a single with ScHoolboy Q.

In the caption of an Instagram video—which sees the Georgia rapper spitting the lyrics to a song presumably from his new album—CyHi is about as celebratory as can be. Considering it was probably supposed to drop several years ago, who could blame him?

"Album finally turned in! NEW single ft @groovyq coming this Friday 6/30 on @applemusic @spotify @tidal Feels good to finally put out my debut album after all these years of the devil doing an amazing job to try and deter me of this moment!! I'm finally back #MovinAround & I'm back taking bookings for shows & features & I got a bunch of raps for you n*664s who think you can outrap me!! Album coming sooner than you expect!" CyHi wrote in the post.

If you didn't know, "@groovyq" is ScHoolboy Q's Instagram name, and CyHi's announcement indicates his single with the TDE MC is coming to Apple Music, Tidal and Spotify this Friday (June 30). We can't wait to hear it.

CyHi's debut album's been an extremely long time coming, so it's no surprise he's treated it with care. Speaking with us this past May, the talented lyricist explained the importance of the project.

"This is the first baby that stayed at my house," CyHi explained. "All my mixtapes were like, they get to go with their baby mama, I can only get them on the weekend type of shit [laughs]. This is like, nah, this my son, he stay at my crib. I’m raising him. You know what I’m sayin’? That’s the difference. Like, my baby mama ain’t gonna’ drop this one off. This one was in the house, I birthed this from the ground up. Changed diapers, milk and all. Everything."
