Rap history acknowledges Snoop Dogg, Daz Dillinger and Kurupt as the only Crip-affiliated acts on Suge Knight's Piru Blood-affiliated Death Row Records, but in a recent Instagram post, Daz claims Tupac Shakur—the label's biggest and most successful artist before his untimely death in 1996—was down with the set as well.

"BEFORE TUPAC WAS ON DEATHROW & CURSED BY SUGE HE WAS CRIPP'N WITH 💥THUGLIFE💥," Daz captioned his below IG post, which featured a picture of 'Pac rocking a blue bandana.

He continued, "I TOLD HIM THE NITE WE DID THE 5 SONGs FOR @alleyezmovie THE ALBUM I SAID 💥PAC DONT LET THIS GANGBANG COME BETWEEN US AKA DEATHROW VS DOGGPOUND TruFactz." You can see the post for yourself below.

While there's really no way to really check the validity of Daz's claims, it should be noted that Tupac was reportedly accompanied by members of the L.A. 40s Crips when he infamously had Menace II Society Director Allen Hughes jumped some 25 years ago. 'Pac never publicly claimed any gang affiliation.

Another interesting note was Daz's bit about Dogg Pound versus Death Row. It's easy to see how Suge Knight's connection to the Piru set could have made things more than a little testy between the he and other "inmates" at Death Row, and it could partially explain why Daz says Suge "cursed" Tupac in the Instagram post.

Last year, Daz called out Suge in an Instagram post, captioning a photo of his mug shot, "WHAT COMES AROUND GOES AROUND." Suge is currently serving time behind bars for a hit-and-run accident that left one man dead in 2015.
