GS9 Member Santino Boderick Curses Out Judge Before Getting 117 Year Sentence

GS9 member Santino "Cueno" Boderick cursed out a Manhattan judge on Wednesday (Jan. 18) before being sentenced to 117 1/2 to 130 years in prison.

According to Page Six, Bobby Shmurda's co-defendant told Judge Abraham Clott "suck my dick" and "fuck yourself" and demanded to be removed from the courtroom. Boderick left, and Judge Clott then handed him the aforementioned sentence of 117 1/2 to 130 years.

The 23-year-old Boderick was convicted of conspiracy to commit murder, attempted murder, possession of a weapon and 20 other felonies resulting from four gang-related shootings. Evidence placed him at the scene of four shootings, three of which he was determined to be a shooter. Boderick’s DNA was found on three guns.

Special Narcotics Prosecutor Bridget G. Brennan recently spoke about Boderick's conviction. “Santino Boderick was convicted of multiple incidents involving shocking violence, and which reflected utter disregard for human life,” Brennan said. “The sentence imposed on him today will protect the community, and appropriately punish behavior that terrorized countless innocent people.”

In October of last year, Bobby Shmurda plead guilty to conspiracy charges. He's currently serving a seven-year sentence. In order for prosecutors to go easier on his friend Rowdy Rebel, Shmurda took a harsher sentence.
