Chris Brown Wins Favorite Male Soul/R&B Artist at 2016 America Music Awards

Chris Brown took home the award for Favorite Male Soul/R&B Artist at the 2016 American Music Awards. He beat out Bryson Tiller and The Weeknd for the award.

In regards to music, the singer has been relatively quiet this year. Brown has been featured on a few projects this year from artists such as Jeezy and DJ Drama. The last song coming from Chris Breezy himself was “What Would You Do?” that dropped in August.

Hip-hop had a big night at this year’s 2016 American Music Awards. Artists like Ty Dolla $ign, Future and Drake won awards at the AMAs.

Kendrick Lamar performed with Maroon 5, Khaled brought out Nicki, Future, Rick Ross and August Alsina, and Nicki got steamy alongside Ariana Grande.
