ASAP Rocky and Lil Uzi Vert Jump on “New Level” Remix With ASAP Ferg and Future

A$AP Ferg first dropped "New Level" in December of 2015, but the Future-featured track gets a new remix this week with a new Ferg verse and guest spots from A$AP Rocky and Lil Uzi Vert. The new additions are of particular note considering the connections made between Rocky and Uzi in recent weeks. Earlier this month, Uzi starred in a new promo for MTV Labs, for which Rocky serves as Creative Director, and a few weeks prior word broke that Rocky gave Uzi the referral he needed to score a $100,000 Ben Baller chain.

“Uzi family. Uzi came up with us,” the Harlem rapper said afterward, and that notion is furthered by the remix above. On his closing verse, Rocky references his modeling turn for Dior Homme and shares his hope that violence by and toward police comes to an end. "My pretty face up in the Guinness now/I model Dior like I'm Christian now/Got her masturbating to my pictures now/Two front gold teeth/All I want for Christmas is peace between brothers and police," he raps.

"New Level" was certified gold back in August selling 148,000 copies while being streamed nearly 52 million times on Apple Music and Spotify. The track is Ferg's third to reach gold status, joining "Shabba" and his "Work" remix, both of which feature Rocky. Listen to the "New Level" remix up above or download the song via iTunes.
