Just in time for a change in season, Anderson .Paak and Knxwledge have announced their official release date for their joint album Yes Lawd! The duo known as NxWorries will drop debut album Oct. 21 via Stones Throw Records.

The title of the LP plays off Anderson's exuberant ad-lib often mimicked by faithful .Paak fans. It was announced by .Paak's manager, Adrian Miller, back in late July that the duo's debut would bare this title. The guys also revealed the album cover artwork, a minimalist design, and 19-song tracklist. For now, the album is free of credited features.
Last December, Andy and Knxwledge dropped their first project together called Link Up & Suede EP A clear standout among winter releases, the duo gained a fanbase almost overnight thanks to the jazzy, feel-good production and slick subject matter.

Due to an impressive career run, co-signs from Dr. Dre and two wildly successful independent albums (Venice and Malibu), the Oxnard, Calif. musician earned a spot on the 2016 XXL Freshman class. Of course, it also doesn't hurt that Anderson's vocals sound like velvet and wool at the same damn time and he can play live drums like a madman. As for Knxwledge, the Los Angeles based producer dropped two mxitapes of remixes at the top of August titled WT9.8 and HEX10 and has been in the studio with Queens rapper Action Bronson for much of the year.

To celebrate the releease date, NxWorries dropped their first new single from the project "Lyk Dis" today (Sept. 19). Listen to the joint below. Feel free to pre-order Yes Lawd! on iTunes now and take a look back at .Paak's profile for the 2016 XXL Freshman cover.
