50 Cent believes Baylee Curran, the woman who accused Chris Brown of assault, was trying to steal jewelry from the singer's home. The G-Unit rapper came to this conclusion after reports emerged that Curran is a grand larceny suspect for a 2013 theft at New York City's Plaza Hotel. Brown's accuser and another woman allegedly stole a woman's $1,000 Louis Vuitton purse.

"This Bitch was trying to steal something got kicked out then called the cops see," 50 Cent wrote on Instagram. "Smh you can't make this shit up. Lol."

Chris Brown was arrested yesterday (Aug. 30) for assault with a deadly weapon and later released on $250,000 bail. Police converged on Brown's home after Baylee Curran accused the singer of putting a gun to her head. Cops searched the house but would not publicly comment on whether or not a gun was found.

50 Cent's support of Chris Brown has remained strong since news of the singer's arrest first broke. He criticized the police's actions against Brown in a previous Instagram post.

"I have a different relationship with Chris," 50 Cent wrote. "That's my boy. I watched him come up, a lot of the shit he go threw is crazy to me. If your not safe at home when do you get a break? If someone calls 911 and says you pulled a gun on them in your house, are the police coming to creat[e] a bunker at the end of your drive way for 11 hours to wait for a search warrant? Then live stream it, This must be VIP Treatment. SMH."

Many other artists have come out in support of Chris Brown too. Waka Flocka, Lil Mama and Ray J have all expressed their backing of Brown during this strenuous time.
