Lil Dicky might get written off by some onlookers as a comedian playing a rapper, but his new freestyle for Tim Westwood should prove that he's got real skill. It's all the more impressive when you consider that a fair share of rappers have wilted under the pressure when asked to spit on Tim Westwood's show. That did not happen to Lil Dicky as the Pennsylvania native put in work over Drake's "Hype" beat.

"Turning up everywhere, Johnny Manziel/I got somebody else checking my mail/Hoes in formation, I'm feeling like Bey/I just don't see how someone could debate/They don't even like to post me on Fader/Fuck it, I'm what they all not/Labels they know it, they call lot/I got OGs in my car lot/I can name names/Just know I've been great to greatest but fuck it, it's your blood/I bet they love this on Worldstar/No bugging me, that's a girl car/50 just hit me like damn, homie/Go by Lil Dicky, I'm saying/Still, shit a landslide/How their shit be holding up with their hands tied/How do shit be blowing up, Nicki pant size/Could the shit break ground, that's a landslide," Lil Dicky raps.

This performance is so good that even the staunchest critics of Lil Dicky may reevaluate their stance on him. The freestyle arrives at great time for the rapper as he was just announced as a member of 2016 XXL Freshman class. XXL will have plenty of content from Lil Dicky in the coming weeks including an exclusive freestyles and interview.
