Master P needs to cough up some big bucks as a result of promoter in Dubai suing him. The major contention in the lawsuit is that Master P failed to bring his former No Limit label mate Snoop Dogg to perform at a New Year's Eve concert in Dubai.

According to TMZ, the promoter secured a deal with Master P in November 2015 and paid the rap mogul a $255,000 deposit. The promoter says that the deal he made with Master P also ensured that Snoop Dogg would perform at the event.

The lawsuit states that Master P was supposed to refund the promoter if P found out that Snoop Dogg was already booked that night and would be unable to perform at the show. The promoter says that he discovered Snoop Dogg was going to playing at the Venetian in Las Vegas that night. The Dubai promoter demanded his money back from Master P, but the lawsuit alleges that P ignored him.

The promoter is now suing Master P for the $255,000 plus damages for P lying about Snoop Dogg's availability for the show.

It will be interesting to see how Master P reacts to the lawsuit. The New Orleans rapper has never been afraid to hold his tongue. An example of that can be seen in P's interview with The Breakfast Club last month. P criticized syrup use while speaking on this generation of artists.

"A lot of people don’t realize, you gotta work for something," Master P said. "You gotta want it. Nobody really wanna work no more…Everybody getting high now. The syrup is killing this generation. Sometimes you don’t have to work for the money. If you do what you gotta do and you good at it, the money gon’ come. You gotta love what you’re doing. And you gotta educate yourself. A lot of people don’t know.”
