It would appear that Key! is none too pleased with Travis Scott, but the reason why isn't all that clear. Late Tuesday evening, Key! let a pair of since-deleted tweets go off toward Scott accusing him of not being a man of his word. "I'm not here for beef. Niggas know was poppin. I don't have a tl so I'll delete it when you buss at me Travis. Till then," the second of the two read.

While Key! doesn't outright say what Scott did to violate his word, a little digging reveals tweets from Oct. 2015 of Key! going at Scott over what he calls "that hell yeah song" what is now known as "Bake Sale." The Wiz and Travis single dropped late last week (Jan. 22) so whatever was bubbling under the surface as it pertains to Key! and some perceived violation was likely reignited when the song became an official release. What's even stranger is that the hook for "Bake Sale," what Key! refers to be quoting "hell yeah" is a blatant melodic copy of Scott's "Antidote." That's all to say, if Scott ripped Key! off in any way, it was toward an unoriginal end.

Song-related beef isn't anything new for Key!, who sued Father in 2015 over unpaid royalties for "Look at Wrist." Key! later tweeted that he had no knowledge of the lawsuit. Taking things back further, Key! was the subject of an OG Maco diss in Nov. 2014. The two Atlanta rappers then went on to release a track together in Oct. 2015.

Check out the screen grabbed tweets from Key! below and scroll further to see his Oct. messages directed toward Scott. There's some unspoken center to all of this with "Bake Sale" playing some type of role. We will update this story if additional details become available.
