Juicy J Is Dropping a New Mixtape
Juicy J cannot be stopped and the veteran rapper is dropping a new mixtape tomorrow, September 9. Titled 100% Juice and hosted by DJ Scream, the project drops with no warning but is sure to please. Juice made the announcement via both Instagram and Twitter:
The mixtape precludes Juicy J's upcoming The Hustle Continues (THC) album which may be his last solo effort. In February, Juicy turned to Twitter to say "I don't know for sure yet but THC may be my last album I'm gonna drop" and "I been having thoughts about retiring from rap & becoming a CEO at a major label to help others in the music business." In May, the elder statesman of Taylor Gang had to stop his The Hustle Continues tour when he was hospitalized in San Francisco after having shortness of breath. "I wanna apologize to my fans in San Fran I had to rush to the hospital I'm having shortness of breath I love you all pray for me," he tweeted. The rapper was released shortly thereafter and continued his tour through the month of June. The Memphis, Tennessee rapper has been putting in work for decades but is still going strong despite career contemplation and a health scare.
