As anyone who's run for office in the last decade can tell you, a candidate doesn't stand a fighting chance without a strong online presence. So while the Jeb Bush-Donald Trump-Scott Walker triangle of hair products scrambles for votes in the Republican race, some enterprising soul has taken it upon themselves to make a Drake Vs. Meek Mill website that not only allows fans a chance to vote for a winner, but provides a comprehensive history of the beef through songs and social media posts. At press time, the voting wasn't particularly close, with the challenger from Philadelphia carrying only 25% of the electorate with nearly 1,300 votes cast. No word yet on whether AR-AB is going to make it onto either ticket.

Last night (July 30), Meek sent the rap internet into a frenzy when Funkmaster Flex debuted his Drake diss on the radio. "Wanna Know" doubles down on his claims that other writers, specifically Quentin Miller, have crafted Drake's songs, questioning in particular the validity of the Toronto-repping bars on "Know Yourself." Drake scoffed, and Ja Rule laughed off the comparisons to his beef with 50 Cent, pointing out that he's sold 30 million records and has never been accused of employing ghostwriters. (The white noise in the beef, of course, is Nicki Minaj's ex Safaree Samuels loudly wondering why Meek and Nick won't leave him alone, all while provoking them and claiming to have written The Pinkprint.) Unsurprisingly, some of the best reporting on the beef comes courtesy of Hannibal Buress.
