Kanye West made a rare Twitter appearance earlier and announced an alteration to his upcoming LP. He has changed the named from So Help Me God to SWISH. "I’m changing my album name to SWISH," he randomly posted. He later added, "I might change it again but that’s the name now." As for the meaning of the new name, back in March, West posted some photos of his nude wife Kim Kardashian along with the caption, "SWISH." So this could be another proclamation that Ye is winning in the game as the slang suggests. The announcement isn't the album release date like many Yeezus fans were hoping for but it's at least a sign that the musical perfectionist is making some progress.

West put out the first fruits of his labor at the beginning of the year, releasing the Paul McCartney assisted single "Only One." In March, he announced the titled to the project would be So Help Me God and revealed the cover art for the second single "All Day" which dropped a short time later. So, for now, the new album is called SWISH. But like West said, that could all change with a single tweet.
