Five people were arrested yesterday on the set of a French Montana video that was being shot in Brooklyn. According to New York Daily News, three men and two women were taken into custody after plainclothes officers on the scene spotted illegal activity on the set which was located at Fulton St. Bravo Supermarket in East New York.

Frank Bartlett, 35, Ronald James, 32, Ebonee Eastmond, 27, Wendy Miranda, 30, and Edward Elkins were all taken into custody around 6:15p.m. and charged with weapons possession when officers spotted them all with handguns on their person or close by. Cocaine, marijuana and molly were also discovered, but it is unclear who was found in possession of the drugs.

Cops were reportedly alerted about the drugs and guns from concerned nearby residents who reported what they saw to he police. Busta Rhymes, Ja Rule, Noreaga, Juelz Santana and Charlotte Hornets guard Lance Stephenson were also reportedly on hand for the video which was made in homage of Coke Boys rapper Chinx who was killed in a drive-by in Queens on May 17.

French is currently working on his new album which is slated to drop towards the end of the summer. “I don’t have the exact date. Probably the end of August,” he recently told Billboard. “The mixtape is the appetizer, the album is the meal. I’ve been working on it [for] so long, but I saved the best for the album.”
