Young Thug owned Instagram today, (April 16). The leaking of his Barter 6 mixtape was the talk of the entire internet, and despite recent drama with Lil Wayne surrounding the project, the majority of listeners expressed stellar reviews. Thugga must have caught wind of the vibes because around 5 pm, he announced that he'll be dropping the video for "Constantly Hating," tomorrow at 7:30. The song, which is the intro on Thugga's new project, features Birdman. Earlier this week, Thug revealed that he had to change the name of his mixtape from Carter 6 to Barter 6 because Lil Wayne's camp was threatening legal action.

Kanye West appeared on Time Magazine’s '100 Most Influential People' cover and everyone from Kim Kardashian to The Game threw it up in the Instagram-less rapper's honor. In the issue, Kanye opens up about his bold statements and relentless attitude. ”Every time I crash the Internet, it’s like…this little drop of truth,” he said. “Every time I say something that’s extremely truthful out loud, it literally breaks the internet. So what are we getting all the rest of the time?,” he questions.

Cam'ron was a guest on ‘The Nightly Show With Larry Wilmore.' The rapper sat down once again to divulge on the topic on snitching, reviving memories of his infamous sit down with Anderson Cooper on 60 Minutes back in 2007.

Big Boi also posted a #TBT with Missy Elliot, while Russell Simmons reflected on early Def Jam days.
