The upcoming Tribeca Film Festival just added a hip-hop twist as it was recently announced de facto A$AP Mob leader A$AP Rocky will feature in a newly added event called Tribeca Talk with veteran hip-hop journalist and former XXL Editor In Chief, Elliot Wilson. The sit-down, which will take place April 21 at Spring Studios, will cover music and storytelling.

It should make for a good interview as the last six months or so have been pretty interesting for Pretty Flacko. Rock recently endured through the death of his best friend, and fellow A$AP Mob member, A$AP Yams who died in mid-January from an apparent drug overdose.

On another note, he is co-starring in the indie feature film Dope which premiered at the 2015 Sundance Film Festival and was later picked up by Open Road Films and Sony. The movie is a modern-day coming of age story with an old school touch set in The Bottoms, one of Inglewood, Calif.’s toughest neighborhoods. Dope hits theaters June 19.

The Harlem trend-setter also recently announced the title for his second major label album, At.Long.Last.A$AP which will be executive produced by the late A$AP Yams and will feature appearances from FKA Twigs, Juicy J, Lykke Li and more. So, there should be plenty to talk about.

The Tribeca Film Festival takes place April 15-26.
