Who would have guessed that Los Angeles' Left Brain, he of Odd Future fame, would be the architect of one of the most New York beats of the year thus far? The framework for Remy Banks and Nasty Nigel's "Rem." is that of musty tenements and pissy train cars. The black-and-white video isn't even a variation on the tried-and-true fundamentals of rap in the five boroughs; it's just a reverent update. From mobbing up on overpasses to rapping animatedly in cramped hallways, Banks and Nigel are just trying to pay homage.

Check out Remy's tour dates below. Earl Sweatshirt will be joining him throughout; the shows marked with an asterisk will also be blessed by Vince Staples.
