Last Wednesday, Ray Ban and Boiler Room took over Empire Garage in Austin, Texas for one of the most buzzed-about shows at SXSW 2015. Right before Kaytranada took over, Rae Sremmurd takes over and got things turned up to unimaginable levels. The dynamic duo of Swae Lee and Slim Jimmy performed hits off their debut album SremmLife like "No Flex Zone" and "No Type." The shirtless brothers' energy is electric and the crowd feeds off it like a school of piranhas, going into a frenzy with each bass thump. Boiler Room events are always one of the best music expereience ever because of their orginality of the setting and the close interactions with the artist. But this show looked like it was legendary.

Also while at SXSW, Mike WiLL Made It's young MCs got interviewed by Nardwuar and it was amazing. Rae Sremmurd talked about their career, Elvis and, of course, goggles. Check out the full interview here. Since the release of SremmLifethe energetic stars have seen their popularity climb. Both “No Type” and “No Flex Zone” were colossal bangers for the young duo but “Up Like Trump” and “Throw Sum Mo” also received considerable airplay.
