Here's a dope concept vid from Atlanta upstart Raury. Instead of your traditional hip-hop video full of women and champagne bottles, Raury acts as a vigilante coming through the city to strip people of their cell phones to rid people of their dependence on technology and social media. The vid opens with Raury and his crew rolling through the desert like Mad Max while people discuss their obsessive use of cell phones. Soon, the crew hits the city and wreaks havoc on people using their phones.  The visual is an interesting form of a PSA and while it's a bit far-fetched (that's the best crew of degenerate desert dwellers I've ever seen) the message is clear. 'Seven Suns' is a cut off of Raury's debut project, Indigo Child. Check it out above.

Raury made a lot of noise in 2014 and earned himself a deal with Columbia Records shorty after graduating from high school. The buzzworthy artist opened for OutKast during their Atlanta shows and appeared on joints with Gucci Mane and SBTRK. Indigo Child was one of the most well-received projects of 2014 and showed off the upstart's rapping, producing, songwriting and singing skills at a high level. The kid's sound is atypical of the popular hip-hop that is coming out of Atlanta at the moment but Raury proved that he can cross the bridge to the trap with his Gucci collab.
