The 87th Annual Academy Awards was a culminating night for the Martin Luther King Jr. biopic, Selma. Although host Neil Patrick Harris acknowledged the lack of nominations for the film itself, the movie's anthem, "Glory" by rapper Common and R&B star John Legend won the Oscar for Best Original Song. But last night's big win for John Legend and Common is not the only time a rapper has been in attendance at Hollywood's highest honor.
