Suge Knight reportedly ran over two men with his car on the set of a film project in Compton, killing one. TMZ reports that the victim that was killed is Terry Carter, a friend of Suge Knight. The second victim was actor Cle "Bone" Sloan who suffered non-life threatening injuries. There was reportedly a passenger in Suge's car. Suge Knight fled the scene shortly after. The incident is being investigated as a homicide, and yesterday evening Knight turned himself in to authorities.

LA Times is reporting that the incident happened around 3 p.m .Capt. John Corina of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department detective's unit stated that one of the victims was a member of the film crew.

Witnesses told TMZ that Knight got into an altercation with two crew members, who allegedly instigated the fight. 20 minutes after the argument the two individuals he got into a altercation with visited Tam's Burgers. It was originally reported that due to health concerns—Knight passed out recently and was sent to the hospital due to a blood clot in his lung—the former CEO of Death Row Records got into his car to leave and subsequently ran over the victims. However, officer Corina stated that Knight followed the men in his truck before running them over in the parking lot. Witnesses have step forward to say that the truck struck the men, then backed over them before fleeing the scene.

The initial fight was confirmed to be on the set of a promotional shoot advertising the upcoming N.W.A. biopic, Straight Outta Compton. The Game, Ice Cube and Dr. Dre were on the set at the time, though shooting had wrapped and Cube was no longer present by the time the hit and run occurred. Earlier in the day, Game shared two images on his Instagram. The first was just the words "straight outta Compton" the second was a picture of himself with Dre and Cube.

Suge Knight's life has been a roller coaster for a while now. First, he was shot several times at Chris Brown's pre-VMA party. He faced robbery charges after his run-in with a photographer and surrendered to police back in November 2014. The judge was sympathetic to Suge and even went far enough to say his actions were justified. Just recently the West Coast native's name came up during an investigation by the Nevada Gaming Control Board into alleged extortion payments by nightlife magnate Sam Nazarian.
