While Ludacris was recently awarded custody of his 1-year-old daughter Cai Bridges, it didn't come without a fight, and a little interrogation. On Monday, Judge Dorothy Downs presided over the case between Luda and Cai's mother Tamika Fuller. Before making her final decision to grant the Atlanta rapper custody of the infant, Downs questioned Luda about lyrics to the song "Dirty Dancin'" featuring Chris Brown from his mixtape, IDGAF, at the urging of Fuller's counsel. In particular, Downs read the following entire second verse of the track aloud for the court:

Throw it, throw it like you know it
These girls be actin' shy but you just ain't afraid to show it
I got all this money and I'm damn sure fin' to blow it
Cuz she asked me for a drink and I'm damn sure fin' to po' it
I'm a, make it strong, she said she like it fruity
In another 30 minutes I'll be feelin' on her booty
An hour after that I'll have her twisted like a cyclone
Legs wrapped around me til she squeeze me like a python
I call that slizzer we both been gone off that liquor
She let down all her defenses and yes I give her the business
With the quickness she came to her senses, while I'm tappin' and snappin' pictures
Relentless but so persistent now she said it's just Ludacris'

After reading the verse, she questioned 'Cris about the veracity of the lyrics. "You're talking about date rape there aren't you"?, she questioned, to which Luda responded, "No ma'am." She also queried, "Would you like for Cai to have this experience with a young man?" Ludacris then responded, "When Cai becomes an adult, if she wants to have a good time, then that's her right as an adult."

Despite the line of questioning, the judge sided with the recently married Luda. Lyrics being used in court remain a hot topic. Just recently, Eminem's raps were at the center of a Supreme Court case about free-speech. In November, it was reported Cali rapper Tiny Doo is facing life in prison over songs he made.
