Before making our list of the 25 most stylish rappers of 2014 and collaborating with a slew of artist ranging from T.I. on “I Need War,” and Shawty Lo on “Next Door,” Young Thug was causing havoc in the classroom.

The Atlanta native was recently profiled by Rolling Stone, in which he blatantly admitted to breaking a teacher’s arm in middle school after a scuffle he had due to his bad behavior.

"I broke my teacher's arm," he says. "Took his ass out. Pussy-ass nigga." After the incident he was forced to attend juvenile detention for four years, in which he did nothing but “gamble, smoke and fuck."

While incarcerated, he realized “anyone can rap.” And while not everybody can really rap, he proved he certainly could. Most recently, the 23-year-old released Tha Tour Part 1 mixtape in October along with his fellow RichGang members Birdman and Rich Homie Quan.

Nonetheless, no arms have been broken since he entered the rap game. —Richy Rosario
