Video has surface which appears show Jeremih and his crew wildin' in a Montana Fuddruckers restaurant, tossing a beverage on an employee and causing a major ruckus. As previously reported, late last week, the R&B singer and his crew were accused of causing $700 worth of damage to the burger joint. According to employees in the store, the "Don't Tell 'Em" singer and his pals were harassing a female employee and became unruly when they were asked to stop by management. According to TMZ, Jeremih claims racism saying his entourage was unjustly asked to leave from the front counter which is what caused the hostility.

As of press time, no arrests have been made in the incident.
