Pusha T may soon find himself in court now that a Miami nightclub has filed a lawsuit against the Virginia rapper, according to TMZ. The report states Cameo nightclub is suing King Push for allegedly breaching an agreement. In the lawsuit, they claim they booked the Clipse member for a show on August 16 with an agreement in place that he wouldn't appear at any other clubs within 30 miles of Miami-Dade County 15 days prior to or after showing up at Cameo.

Their suit goes on to claim Pusha appeared at Dream Nightclub a day prior to his Cameo gig, resulting in a $13,000 loss for the club. They are seeking lost revenue.
