Labor Day is reserved for folks to enjoy a Monday off, so why not celebrate it in style? Fools Gold hosts a series of Day Off festivals in Toronto, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Miami and New York. For their NY stop, A-Trak and his crew gathered an eclectic mix of artists—everyone from Bernmar to The Lox—for an all-day affair that was enjoyable. The turn up anthems played by the likes of GrandeMarshall and Yung Gleesh warmed up the crowd for the main attraction later in the evening. A-Trak’s set, especially, was full of notable guests including a rare appearance from Remy Ma who spit the remix to DJ Khaled’s “They Don’t Love You No More" and even did it the Brooklyn way with a freestyle. The energy reached an all-time high when headliner French Montana supplied his hits, and took it to another level when Bobby Shmurda came out so everyone could hit the Shmoney Dance. Overall, it was an event that shouldn’t have been missed. Click through our recap and look for Miami’s line-up coming soon.
