The steam of the Wu-Tang Clan is undeniably crazy right now. After Jon Stewart brought them out to perform—yeah all of them—and just releasing their new song "Ron O'Neal," The Wu is back. Now capitalizing off their recent burst of success is Killah Priest. The Wu-Tang memeber is prepping to release his first book, Illuminated Lyrics.

The book will solely be based on his last album, The Psychic World of Walter Reed. According to a press release, the book will "contains the lyrics, basis and explanations behind the songs found in “The Psychic World of Walter Reeds” 41 tracks alongside historical information of the Wu-Tang Clan as provided by the albums featured members RZA, Ghostface Killah, Raekwon and Inspectah Deck."

In addition, Killah Priest launched a KickStarter in efforts to push the book to even higher heights. The funds goal is $15,000 and will be set for completion August 9th.

“This is something I have spent so long working on, I am grateful to finally be able to give my fans another piece of me outside of just my poetry in song form.  The “Illuminated Lyrics” is for many the first look into the psyche of a true Hip-Hop icon as my Wu-Tang Clan brothers and I embark on a landmark 20 years in music and culture.”
