Ludacris recently swindled rival Rising Stars judge Brad Paisley out of bottle of cognac. On Monday the country singer posted an Instagram video warning his followers to be careful about making wagers with MCs.

“Don't make bets with rappers,” said Paisley. “They're very expensive.”  The bet cost the singer a bottle of Louis XIII de Rémy Martin, which can go for as high as $44,000 a bottle, but it usually averages between the range of $2,100 and $3,100.

In response to receiving the bottle Luda said, “Man, you better not have poured Hennessy in this thing.”

The newfound friends placed wager while on their new talent show, which appears on ABC. If Luda lost he was expected to sport a cowboy hat.
