No, Soulja Boy is not dead, but it seems the hoax is picking up steam on Twitter.

Earlier today, #RIPsouljaboy went viral that sparked some curiosity whether the "Crank That" rapper actually passed away. Instead, repeating the same rumor in February 2012, the hashtag is a trending topic once again.

Clearly, SB is tweeting and ignoring the hoopla surrounding him. He recently tweeted: "Just left my photoshoot headed to a meeting for 3 deals on new companies." He also followed that with tweets from that photoshoot. He's still stuntin' on them haters!
