Apparently part of the cost to be the Bawse is legal fees. Rick Ross is once again on the receiving end of some court papers. This time from a photographer who is suing the Maybach Music group leader according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

Photographer Armen Djerrahian alleges that his shots from a magazine layout are now being used without permission as posters, ads, mixtape & cd covers and all over social media by Ross and MMG.

Among the images included in the suit is the memorable photo of Ross in a finger-gun to the head pose.

Djerrahian further claims that his shots of members of the MMG roster like Meek Mill, Gunplay and Omarion are being used illegally as well.

This is the latest in legal proceedings that Rozay has to handle. He currently has a copyright infringement lawsuit against LMFAO for their use of his hit "Hustlin'". LMFAO recently replied to the suit that was filed in federal court in December 2013. No settlement has been reached in that case at this time.
