Pusha T Explains Pre-Show Ritual

The folks at MySpace recently caught up with Pusha T while the Virginia MC was out on the road for the their "Five Minutes To The Stage" segment. Prior to a show at The Filmore in Miami, cameras followed P around as he gathered himself before he hit the stage using a pre-game ritual that, strangely, doesn't seem to involve smoking or heavy drinking. "Before I go on stage. I just like for it to be as peaceful as possible," P explained. "Right before I hit the stage I just like to have about 30 minutes to myself to just like calm down, get rid of all the headaches from the day. And just go give my all to my fans."
