Major League Lacrosse Says Jay Z Wouldn’t Last One Minute During A Match

Major League Lacrosse sent in a statement to MTV after hearing Jay Z calleing lacrosse soft on his verse for DJ Khaled’s “They Don’t Love You No More.”

“Haters wanna ball, let me tighten up my drawstring/ Wrong sport, boy, you know you soft as a lacrosse team,” Jigga raps over the Mike Zombie-produced record.

Now if anyone knows anything about lacrosse, it's far from a soft sport. “Lacrosse is often called the fastest sport on two feet. Players are on the field dodging and shooting balls at over 100 miles per hour,” says a MLL spokesperson.  “With that said we don’t think Jay-Z knows what he’s talking about when he calls Lacrosse ‘soft’ I can guarantee you it is anything but a ‘soft’ sport.”

Just when you thought it was done, MML sent a challenge towards Hov's way in it's closing line. "Mr. Carter would not last one minute on a lacrosse field during a match and he is more than welcome to come to any of our games and try,” nice.
