Donald Sterling has been the subject of criticism all week long for his racial remarks. While the bevies of jokes continue to roll in pertaining to Sterling, Lord Jamar thought the Clippers form of protest in Game 4 - when they turned their jerseys inside out - was “lame”. He spoke to VladTV and dished out his reasoning behind his madness.

“I think turning our jerseys inside out is a lame response,” proclaimed the Brand Nubian rapper.

He would then allude to Homeboy Sandman’s article which commented on the silent boycott demonstrated by the Clippers and how baffling their approach to the matter was.“That protest was in the revolutionary tradition of criss cross, you know what I mean? Who turns their stuff inside out? Like this whole argument about we gotta feed our families so we still gotta go out there…If all of them decided to not play today, ain’t nobody’s family gonna starve tomorrow,” explained Jamar.

This week Donald Sterling was banned by NBA Commissioner Adam Silver. His ban hushed speculation of further protests being led by numerous NBA teams if the Clippers owner wasn’t reprimanded for his comments.
