When rumors surfaced about Jay Z and Beyoncé joining forces for their Mr. and Mrs. Carter Tour last week, fans salivated at the idea. Now people can rejoice for a minute because one date has been locked in for the two iconic stars to perform. According to the Pasadena Star-News, the Carters will be performing August 2nd at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California.

Pasadena Councilwoman, Jacque Robinson was very jovial about the Carters taking over Cali.

“I think this is a great opportunity for the city of Pasadena to get behind. I’m glad to see the promoters considered Pasadena as an option for this concert, which I’m confident will be sold out,” she said.
