Big Sean Wanted To Call Off His Engagement Weeks Ago

Big Sean is single again. The rapper announced yesterday (April 9) that he and his fiancée Naya Rivera had called it quits.

The Detroit rapper released a statement that read, “After careful thought and much consideration, Sean has made the difficult decision to call the wedding off.”

According to TMZ Sean had contemplated making this decision weeks ago after having enough of Rivera’s controlling ways. It is said that the Glee star would threaten Sean with sayings like, “If you don’t listen to what I say, I’ll ruin your career,” and would often want full his whereabouts at all times.

Sources state that the pair sought couples counseling but it seems like it wasn’t enough to help them work out their problems.

Soon after the announcement, Rivera took to Twitter to blast her former love. “@bigsean stealing rolexes from a lady’s house now. Maybe cuz I’m on Glee and making more money or something. #triflin.” – Chris M. Garner
