A song from a little known Delaware rapper named Jem Cretes has caused quite a stir recently after the feature artist on the track, ScHoolboy Q, lashed out saying his verse was used without his permission. Q took to Twitter to express his distaste after hearing of the track titled "Hustle 101." "NiggaHz is burnt i didn't do a song wit dat niggaH !!!! NiggaHz stealing sessions too tHirsty!! Using my two year old verse fuck outta Here," he posted, followed by a threat to any site who posted the song. "And to all da websites postin dat knowing it's old I ain't fuckin wit y'all nomo dnt ask for a interview from me r da Homies it's ova for u," he added.

Cretes recently fired back at the TDE MC in a series of tweets acknowledging the verse is dated but claiming he obtained it through just means. "Its been in my email for the Hustle 101 project... No theft in me in any way what so ever. That was business between him and jen. #Honesty," Cretes responded. "Check my email, emails don't lie an why was the record sent 2 me? 3+yrs ago for a feat from philly/tri-state. Lets talk about why it was sent."

Cretes has a history with the Q's label Top Dawg Entertainment that goes back a few years. In 2009, he directed the visual for the K.Dot track "Kendrick Lamar." He stands by his stance that the verse was not taken without the "Man of the Year" rapper's knowledge. "All i know is i didn't steal... That's a fact and the email came for a feat, everything else is what happened apart from the issue," he posted.
