Lil Wayne Promises To Release New Single Next Week

Lil Wayne is officially beginning his rollout for Tha Carter V.

During his CRWN interview at SXSW, Wayne spoke about the new single he’s been working on. The self-proclaimed Best Rapper Alive promises his CV single will come within a week, and he’s allowing his manager Cortez Bryant to choose which one is best. Since he's been in the game since his teenager years, he isn't too concerned with what the single will mean for the bigger scope of his LP. He rather let his team decide.

This announcement comes on the heels of Wayne stating he’ll only do another album for $25-30 million. But, even though this is considered his last album, the Young Money general is focused on delivering a classic.
