Chris Brown Will Be In Jail For At Least A Month

Chris Brown will most likely be in jail for at least the next month and possibly even longer. According to TMZ, after getting kicked out of rehab, Chris Brown will probably remain incarcerated until his D.C. assault case hearing on April 17th.

However, Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, is said to appear in court today in attempt to convince the judge to let Breezy either go to another rehab facility or finish the remainder of his additional sentence on house arrest until the D.C. trial.
